Camera and Image Data:
Purpose of Camera Access: Our App requests access to your device's camera. This permission is used solely for the following purposes:
Multimodal Gemini Prompts: To allow you to capture images directly within the App to be included as part of your prompts for our AI features powered by Google's Gemini models.
Google Cloud Vision API: To allow you to capture images or select images from your device's gallery to be processed by the Google Cloud Vision API for features such as text extraction from images for translation or studying.
Image Handling:Images you capture or select are processed to provide the requested AI feature.We do not store the images you capture or select for these features on our servers beyond the temporary processing required to fulfill your request, unless you explicitly save them within the App as part of your learning materials (e.g., saving an image with a translated caption).
When images are sent to Google's Gemini models or the Google Cloud Vision API for processing, their handling is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review Google's policies.
You have control over camera access and can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Disabling camera access will prevent you from using features that require image input.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

4. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. User-generated content you explicitly save is retained until you delete it or your account.

Camera Permission: You can disable camera access for the App at any time through your device's settings.
